Any Anthony Bourdain No Reservations Fans?

I grew up in restaurant kitchens and Kitchen Confidential is so brutally accurate to my experience that it was disturbing. I loved that book. I like his show a lot as well.

I agree. I did a lot of kitchen time and some of his stories were dead on. Especially the way he talks about waitrons.
