No, the cigar shack at Bagram AB. When I was there we didn't have much of a dining hall, let alone a cigar lounge.

Here is a tip for you then - go over to Victoria Secrets and sign up for their catalog. 2 or 3 times a month delivered right to your mailbox for free -

Only difference between the two is that Maxim has articles. Seriously though - Maxim has some funny ass writers. And the eye candy isn't bad either.
