It will put small business owners on par with the poor working folk of America (W-2 Employees) who have no way to massage their numbers like small business owners do. As for the additional work, it is a push of a button to generate the rest of the 1099's. That is unless the business does not keep good records and if they can't keep good records, they should not be in business.
