Listening to LT's lawyer after his hearing did anyone else notice his wording?

"LT did not have consensual sex with anyone yesterday."

Does that mean he did have sex but did not obtain consent?

Hard to say what he's trying to say, but if the girl is under 17 she is legally unable to give consent

I have no idea what he was saying either. The lawyer was pretty entertaining in court though.
