no harm in re-gifting. I agree with Tripp in that I would have a hard time not at least trying a cigar once - but I don't think it is a breach of etiquette. If someone sends you a cigar, like in contest winnings, and you know you'd rather not smoke it, better to send it to someone who would want to.

And if you can find someone that actually "wants" the cigar, even better. bomb away!
