It certainly wasn't flipping a switch for me. My cravings lasted for about a year, but I was determined not to fail and luckily had the will power to overcome the cravings.

Absolutely. I wasn't saying one was better than the other. Just that people are wired differently and what works for one person isn't guaranteed for the next.
