Well actually certain products...mainly Tatuaje, Illusione, and Padron are price protected...meaning if they catch you raising or even lowering prices you can lose your account....I'm not so sure if Fuente does it or not

Price protection only applies to vendors who are authorized dealers. In Fuente's case they have not added an OpusX vendor in several years. A shop may be a Fuente dealer and still have to buy OpusX on the secondary market. In this case price protection rules do not apply.

Fuente used to price protect with their authorized sellers. Much of the market in the Opus and Anejo lines is grey market and Fuente can't do anything about that.
