Any sushi fans?

Sushi is my favorite food.

Although I stay away from rolls, I stick to ordering Chirashi bowls then asking the chef for whats good and have him serve it nigiri style.

My favorites as of today, they change like cigars..

aji - japan
bluefin
baby barracuda
sardine
sweet prawn with fried heads
washu beef
