A thought on freezing and a question

I always freeze everything. Not worth the risk of having an outbreak.

My steps are fairly similar

1) Saran wrap the SH*T out of the box
2) Into the fridge for 24 hours
3) Freezer for 3 to 5 days
4) Back into the fridge for 24 hours
5) on the counter for 4 to 6 hours
6) Into the humi it goes

Never had an outbreak yet. Hope that the streak continues.
