Snorking and sinus infections

Ya gotta go easy, Scott. Snorking will definately rev up sinus infections if you're prone.
Most of the guys don't smoke when they're sick, either. Aside from not being to taste or smell anything, it'll tear ass out of the sinus.
Learn your speed and respect it. You're already on to it, and you're making adjustments, so that's great. It'll make things a lot more enjoyable for you.
