Try putting the fuel can in the top of the lighter, this should clean out the dirty jets. That is usually the problem when you have a wide flame.

Did the inverted can trick and the lighter works like new. Thanks for the tip.

Good to hear, doenst cure all problems but if the jets are dirty this works like a charm. I thank Ratters for passing this tip on to me.

Yeah, I might snag a few more myself. I have mine, a herf backup, and my wife has the first one I bought over a year ago, plus I like to keep a few on hand for bombs/trades.
