I agree with Razor, there was Reprehensible behavior on both parts. The older man could have just shut his trap and the altercation probably would not have happened. Likewise for the younger man.

We don't know what happened before the video started, was the older man talking crap about the younger man polishing his shoes, or was did the younger man start the jawing. Both of them behaved poorly.

The bearded dude did move, but his mouth never stopped running.
