Just watched the last episode again. I have nothing to base this on but I think Aaron is going to be a key figure when this thing wraps up.

I think Aaron's significance lies more in how he ties Claire (and Jack) to Kate.

I'm still waiting to see why Mr. Friendly called Walt "special." Walt >> Aaron in my book.
