Best thing in the world, polishes and cleans. They can be had locally at ace hardware for about 3 bucks for two cloths. Truly amazing, you do it once every couple of months and the watch will never age.

One of the best ways is like Moses describes. Just soap and an old toothbrush. You don't want to scratch anything. Another method is to put the bracelet in a freezer ziploc bag and spray in a good amount of WD40. Let this sit for a couple hours then come back and rinse under water.
