When people roll their eyes. I find few things more disrespectful.
When people say(or type) " 'nuff said" or "enough said". As if your proclamation ends all discussion
When people call me and say "Who's this?" You called me a$$hole. At least introduce yourself and then ask politely.
My own horrible spelling. Thank you spell check.
