Here's the PA hunting regulation on roadkill deer:

Thanks. I've heard of people getting in trouble for taking the deer, but didn't know there was a way to make it legal.

Found out that the deer at recently switched to Geico and he saved big on his insurance. Too bad he didn't have death and dismemberment coverage though...
