if it weren't for Indy giving up on that game, it wouldn't have mattered about the Jets. Just another reason to hate the Colts. Does New England or Cinci have anything to play for or are they going to throw away their games too? In recent years, it seems like teams that rest their starters at the end don't do as well as teams that have to fight to make the playoffs.

If it weren't for that stupid penalty against Mundy for roughing the reciever in the Baltimore game, it would be win and in. But then again if it wasn't for the ridiculous 2nd half game planning by the offensive cordinator all season, we could be close to undefeated.

Agreed.
Houston has got to lose.
I just think about the games that Jeff Reed cost us. If Pittsburgh, gets in, I wonder if Polamalu will play in the Playoff games?

Football to me if about momentum.
If you are losing into the playoffs, can't be a good thing in that locker room.
How many times has a wild card been the ultimate champion? For the same reasons we cite.
If I were Indy, N.O., and Minnesota, I would be scratching my head trying to make sure a skid is not underway. I know Indy was more about Manning BUT up until he was pulled out, the Jets were still giving them a run for the money, with Indy in tact with all first squad on the field.

Hard to believe the Steelers still have a remote chance. True heart of a champion.
