Lechon @ Noche Buena, that is the Christmas food I am familiar with. I miss home.

The whole on the pig's left thigh is from us jumping all over the crispy skin with beer. Hmm, Hmm good!!!

The funny thing is I usually place the Caja China in the driveway and the smoke and smell of that pig brings out all the neighbors.
It becomes a conversation piece.
