Congrats and don't worry about the spanish. Look at it this way. December and January are better months to be at Glynco than July and August. Sandflies. ugh.

Let me how you like your rooms tv once you get there.

They have us here in Artesia, NM we do Spanish at the same place we did basic. Our TV is from probably 1990 and all the peoples faces are a nice orange tint no matter how much I mess with the settings.

Ahh the hiring increases for OBP and OFO must have outpaced capacity at Glynco. Everyone, including BPA's, used to go to Glynco for Spanish. Never the less I am sure they will do the same thing to your tv as they do in Glynco. Hope you like Sabago Gigante. HEHEHE

BTW. Heard where you are being stationed?
We were supposed to spend 10 months in San Diego but one of our classmates who doesn't have to stay for spanish got a phone call saying he needed to report to Del Rio and that the rest of our class would be joining him there. That severely pissed me off, I was looking forward to San Diego big time. My full time station is going to be in Sumas, Washington.

Jeebus. WTF is BP doing these days. A year on the southern border then to your permanent station?

Well if you come to Del Rio you can shoot down 83 and we can herf it up.

A lot of our instructors gave us big time crap for being able to go up north. The vacancy announcement we were hired under was all northern border. Ill let you know if we actually go down there.
