Thanks for the tutorial. I use the table top method with my Xikar too.

That is awesome sir! Thanks for posting this. Where can you buy that punch cutter at? Mine is a cheapo that makes too small of a hole.

hmm, I never thought about using my xikar flat on the table like that... I'm going to have to try that tonight.
