Rep bump limits

Suck!!!

The limit on the number of times you can bump rep in a 24 hr. period is a pain in the a$$ after a herf. Now I have to try to keep track of who I herf bumped already.

And no comments from the peanut gallery about my age.

You can disable it, but we can still give you rep bumps, Admiral. It just doesn't show how much rep you have once you disable it.
