Toshiba has had problems with their power supplies for years.

Did you try taking it back to the store you bought it from? They may just swap it out for the same model, especially if it's a big box store. Also, sometimes warranties have a grace period. I know new home warranties in the state of NJ have an unstated grace period of one month. That would be the first thing I would try.

Thanks for the ideas Joel. I bought it from Amazon...so no luck there.
