Here is the info from Al Argenti on purchasing the Entubar (he is also emailing me a document that lists the retailers):

Entubar is a brand that will only be sold to brick and mortar tobacconists and will not be made available for online or catalog distribution (unless, of course, a brick and mortar retailer decides to sell it online) which includes JR Cigars, Cigars International, Thompson and even Cuban Crafters. And lastly – and I would like to make this point simply to clear up any confusion – is that Berger & Argenti is not affiliated with Cuban Crafters in any way, shape or form. Although ‘Kiki’ Berger is a principal in both Berger & Argenti and Cuban Crafters, there is no business relationship at all between the two companies. At this point, it is our intention that none of Berger & Argenti’s family of premium cigar brands will be sold through Cuban Crafters’ online site.
