Careful some of these guys will yell at ya for harping on Pepin.
I'm a Pepin fan and I'll be the first to admit, he seems to be spreading himself thin. I'd much prefer he just stick to doing a few blends and doing them really well. These look really good though, never heard of Giralda. I might have to pick up a few.
