Growing up in Jersey, my mother would make me pork roll sandwiches. It just wasn't my thing.

Jersey does have some of the best bagels though.

Mountain Dew and a Fatty (Smoked Jimmy Dean Sausage roll filled with cream cheese and covered with my BBQ rub) on an english muffin with a little BBQ sauce

And when I can get them, my old College roomates "Heartburn Hashbrowns"(greatest hangover cure known to mankind)!!
