man I'm sorry to hear that. For how much these cost, you expect (and deserve) perfection. Unfortunately cigars are still a handmade product and there's no way to guarantee 100% consistency. However, that isn't really anything the shop has control over.

There's nothing wrong with giving them your opinion on a cigar purchase, but I wouldn't do so with the expectation of a replacement or refund.
