BIRTHDAY DINNER!!!

Started with some seafood fondue, and then....

Tempura-battered, flash-fried lobster tail served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, covered in hollandaise with drawn butter on the side with sautéed green beans.

Tonight I had a stuffed chicken breast. It was stuff with a vegetable chicken bread stuffing with carrots, onions, red, green and orange bell peppers and herbs. Man it was good
