Things I'm doing differently:
1800 rpm max (except for the beginning today)
Shifting to neutral here and there.
Forcing upshifts on the paddles
Trying to keep momentum... avoiding full stops.

Wow, Dave, I've never even heard of hypermileing. I may just have to try it to see. I get a pretty solid 17 - 18 mpg on my 55 mile roundtrip commute every day. Pretty cool; thanks for the idea!
Just one question? Do you save enough on gas to make up for traffic tickets for rolling the stops?
