Does anyone know where to do the power training to be able to wear the power armor on Fallout 3?

its near rivet city where you need to go anyway, you will end up there anyway, but it will take longer if you follow the story

How's the game play in Fallout 3?
I'm using a walkthrough to finally get me through Fallout Tactics. Can't wait to start getting some energy weapons, and proper suits of amour. |

I stuck with small arms and can take down a super mutant with one head shot while sneaking with the hunting rifle(lots of ammo available). I just put all my points in sneak, repair lockpick and small arms...sometimes a bit in science and medicine. I wear Talon mercenary armor.

In which case you won't like it. The whole game is walking around, exploring, and shooting.

No, my game time is limited now.
the last game I spent any length of time on was ES Oblivion. played games in between but nothing has me captivated by it.

If you spent a lot of time on Oblivion, then you will definitely like Fallout 3; it's pretty much the same game, but in the future.

if your game time is limited, rent Dead Space. It is at the moment, imho, the best game released all year.

Yes, I did beat it and I like it better than the original. It's a bit longer, there are more sidequests than the original, more area to explore, world is more effected by your good/bad deeds than in the first, overall just better in just about every way.
