CA Fantasy Hockey Rookie League.

So in a semi-related question, does anyone know how to pre-rank without being in a league? Or do I have to wait until I actually join?

You have to wait unless you are already on a Yahoo team, but I will give y'all several days from the invite before making the league "draft ready".
