I also like Contreras going to Colorado. I can't wait to see how far his pitches go at that altitude.

Isn't that why they signed Giambi?

I've always liked Garland and Thome will certainly add in some oomph.

Glad to see Contreras get out of chicago actually. He played like ass this year(I loved Jose in 05 though). I hate to see Thome leave. LA is getting a great bat and also a great guy in the clubhouse. I guess people can look at this as throwing in the towel. The cubs threw theirs in a while ago, so why not us

Thome turns the Dodger Lineup into an AL lineup in the AL park during the WS, not sure they should be looking that far ahead tho.
