OK, let's see... Where I've been, for at least two weeks, in chronological order: FT Benning FT Irwin FT Drum, many, many times Camp Smith FT Dix Camp Rell FT Benning again, no better this time FT Hampton FT Lee CMTC Hohenfels FT Polk Camp Robinson FOB Lion/Orion LSA Anaconda (Balad) Camp Virginia FT Bragg Camp Phoenix I probably forgot some. I wish I could forget others. |

Heading to Ramstein AB, Germany for my first duty station. Looking forward to it, hopefully I'll be able to see a bit of Europe while I'm over there. I head that way in February or March.

FT Indiantown Gap Niagara Falls AB Lucky you. Visited Germany but it would be great to be stationed there. I hope you get to see everything you want to, it's a great opportunity. |

NF AB is a reserve base about two feet long. Definitely doesn't count. Although it has better security than Ft. Stewart. Germany is an awesome duty assignment. Have fun while you're over there.

FT Indiantown Gap Niagara Falls AB Fine, then. But NFAB is a good place to go to if you want to visit the falls. They have nice accomodations at military rates. Same with FT Hampton if you visit NYC. If you stay at FT Hampton, you don't have to worry about where your car is parked, either. So some of these small bases are good places for vacation sites! |
