I agree with spending the extra cash. As a kid I was friendly with a guy whose dad hired a constractor to demonlish a 10 foot wall on his property. The contractor decided to charge big bucks and dragged some poor guy of the street to knock down the wall. HE handed the guy sledge hammers, told him to knock down the wall and went on his way. This dude had no idea and started at the bottom! When enough had been removed the wall fell ontop of him and killed him! Needless to say the contractor ended up in very hot water.

This is impressive though. The building stays together. I guess it is true when they say they dont built em like they used to.
