If you have a jailbroken iPhone, there's an independent app that allows you to create 30-second ringtones from any song on your computer. If you have not done a jailbreak on your iPhone, you're SOL (I think).
Dumb question-what's the cons of jailbreaking my iPhone? I know you can do all sorts of other stuff, but I'm unsure of any of the ramifications.
