My dad is thinking about trading in his old (mid 90s I think) Explorer. I'm not sure how much he'll get, but said he's going to try it.

I was most pissed about the stupid age limitations of the bill... the car or truck being traded in has to be 25 years or newer? What the crap is that? My parents have an old POS F250 they inherited from my grandparents that they would love to trade in and get rid of, but its a 1982 so they don't qualify...
I have to say I'm getting seriously tired of these damn hoops you have to jump through for this bill... A serious waste of a Billion dollars... ![]() |

There seems to be some gaps in logic on the gov site. Certain cars and trucks aren't even listed. I wonder who made the chart?
