truly...it sucks. Got three contained herniations in my lowest three discs and it's not much fun when it goes out. The soreness I can grin and bear, but when it hits I have to get help to put on shoes. I feel your pain bro.

Been there, done that, will probably do again...but knock on wood, nothing debilitating in the last couple of years. Constant tightness, yes and some slow movement at times, but no trips to the chiropractor in a few years.
