They have been talking about this since befire I came in...over 23 years ago, and the only thing that has changed...

- No more smoking on government buildings

We use to have a platoon office where we'd hold platoon meetings in the barracks. Half of us smoked, the other half didn't. I just remember the "other half" turning green most of the time.
