Thanks to this review and your direction to the specific cutter you referenced, I purchased a GREAT cutter! Sorry, I was unable to give you more rep.

Here's a link to the cutter for others who may be interested. It catches the clipped end and also works great for a second clip if/when needed to improve draw.
