Honestly I do not know of a good cigar under $2.00, but at $2.14 I love the Tampa Sweetheart #500 Maduro, 5x50. I just burned thru a bundle in less than 3 weeks.

Famous Nicaraguan Maduro

Normally a little over $2, but Famous has a one day special making them under $2. Hands down my favorite cheap maduro (favorite size is the robusto). There is speculation that it is made by Oliva, but that was never confirmed by either Famous or Oliva.

I did a blind taste test with my friend, he picked that over a 15$ gurkha, then again... i don't blame him.
