ok, so whats the way to do tri-tip on a WSM 18 inch. slow cook it or I saw some website where it said to roast it? tia

TriTip roasts should be cooked over direct heat.

I eat Tri-tip all the time, and I have found this to be the best way to cook it! Good luck!
