If they don't have it on Cbid, I look at what it normally sells for on CI and start my bid at around 60-65% of that. I think I usually end up paying around 80% of what CI is asking on the "normal" site.

I don't really know why, but different cigar vendors will have wildly different prices on various blends. For example, Atlantic has some of the best deals on JdN Antanos. The same cigar at CI is damn near 50% more expensive (I think I got a box of Consul for about $65 vs. $95 at CI). But then compare Padron prices, and CI has it all over Atlantic (well when they have them in stock that is). |
