Buying/Selling Cigars using Electronic Payment

Yea I would have loved to just have closed it.. I don't get why they won't let you close it. The account is useless now anyway..

They wont let you close it because: you cannot have two accounts with the same banking or credit card information. If they let you close the account, you can just open a new one with the old account #s.
