That's because the NHL wants The Pens and Crosby to get a Cup in the worst way. That way they can market there Golden Boy even more.

My son made a similar comment while we were watching the Pens / Flyer series. Thought it was an interesting comment at the time. Seems he's not alone in his thinking.

NHL deserves a poster boy who has some class. Crosboy has none, zero, zilch.

neither does ovi....No disrespect Al, you know I love your family but thinking that the league is some how making the series go this way or that so that this guy will win a ring is really not rational thinking.

They are certainly engaging in selective punishment when it comes to suspensions in the post season.
