Having your own place makes all the difference. Congrats and make sure you note anything out of whack on your final inspection. You can always ask for a concession if it is not as originally planned.
Take a good hard look at the age of your water heater, HVAC, big appliances.
Last thing you want to do is have to put out for these expenses a month after you walk in.
