Just got back my Xikar, it was a new one (different color).
I sent in black - got silver in return. If you want the same color back, you should send a note saying such. |

Xikar replaced my cutter through my local b&m at no cost. I believe the steel used is the same througout all of their cutters, it is the finish that is different.

i sent mine back to get sharpened and it cam back within two weeks along with a brand new cutter

As everyone already said you can send it back to Xikar or take to any B&M that sells Xikar and get a replacement right then and there.

Simple answer: No, they do not, but then again, NO CUTTER self sharpens.
Longer answer: Call me, we'll discuss it ![]() Bottom line: If the blade has been sharpened to "extremely" sharp and has a Rockwell hardness high enough, it will stay that way. |
