Anything by Xikar. They come with a lifetime guarantee which is what sold me on them.

My go to is the Ronson Jet-Lite, but my "Bling" lighter is a Vector triple torch. Never fails!

I have a Xikar Exodus - It is such a great lighter (BTW I prefer a soft flame)
