Sorry to be unclear it is not 70% humidity it is 70+ degrees Fahrenheit in there.

70 degrees is fine. Don't let it get above 80 for days at a time and you will be fine. I understand you want it to stay at 64, but if the ambient temp is at 80+ then the cooler is going to do it's best to keep it at 64, but it may be impossible. I don't think it guarantees that it will keep it at that temperature regardless of ambient temp.

This man knows some stuff. I think somewhere in the directions they say the max temp or something like that. Beyond that temp, who knows what happens.
