I litterally cried in front of the TV in 1991 when we lost the WS to the Twins. I was 11, so crying was still okay. I am no fair weather fan!

I went to DC a couple of days later and actually ran into the Twins as they were there to get the Presidential congrats for the WS win (I was 10 or 11) and though I was still sad, I was bit star struck. |

Cool.... I remember the years that we had a death grip on last place in the National League West. The Dodgers were our conference rivals, and Fulton County Stadium was still a nice park. Hmmmmmm, memories. Some good, some bad.

I loved going to FCS and sitting in Right Field to cheer on Dale Murphy. It was a nice park...now a nice parking lot.

Yeah.... Dale was my idol. Kinda still is. If I met him, I would instantly be 8 again..... No one could replace him in my book.
