Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 505 Trading: (4)	Re: Turducken? havent tried one of these yet but i am interested....the only thing that i wonder about is the soft, chewy icky skin of the duck and the chicken. anything roasted must have crispy skin....or do they skin the birds inside?
