Well, I did invite Andy, his wife, and his kid... but they didn't make it.

And it's great pho. Not just good. Oh, and here's an interesting tidbit. You know, when you refrigerate the broth, it turns into gelatin? Found that out when I took out a small bowl of broth I refrigerated so I can have another bowl tonight for dinner.
